BPO Industry: In this industry, you deal with clients and customers from various backgrounds: different cultures, different languages, and most times from different countries. You listen to the queries they call you for, understand their concerns and triggers, and provide the best solution possible. You ensure that the customer leaves with a satisfactory result.
Fashion Industry: Everyone here will agree that this a glamorous industry, but are you aware of the work pressure behind the screen? Every client that comes has different requirements. Sometimes you also get last-minute changes from them. One has to always come with ideas and make them work in a specific amount of time.
Whether you’ve experience in the same industry or not, you would have developed certain skills. Now, some of these skills are job-specific, like how to use certain platforms, but others are transferable, such effective communication, team work etc. The skills that you use in every job, no matter the title or the field.Â
